Chino, CA, July 20, 2022 – On June 8th, 2022, Tianma, a leading global manufacturer of flat panel displays, signed a contract to invest in a new display module production line project in Wuhu, Anhui, China. With a total investment of 8 billion RMB ($1.2B), this project is scheduled to begin construction in November 2022 and start mass production in 2H 2024. This module production line will primarily support 6.5- to 40-inch professional display module products (Automotive and Industrial) and IT display module products (including tablet, laptop, monitor, etc.).

Tianma, a leading global manufacturer of flat panel displays, has introduced a new product family of TFT LCD Modules (Thin Film Transistor - Liquid Crystal Display). The new P-Series (Professional Series) of standard products is dedicated to support the various requirements of the industrial and medical display markets. The first products in this new series will include XGA displays (8.4”, 10.4” and 12.1”), as well as wide-format products, from 7” WVGA to 13.3” FHD.





Los Angeles, CA, May 24, 2018 – Tianma’s 6.46-inch HDR (high dynamic range) LCD has been honored with a Best in Show Award, presented by the Society of Information Display (SID) at Display Week 2018. Based on LTPS technology, the prototype’s performance in contrast ratio, response time, resolution and brightness put it on-par with today’s AMOLED displays. This is Tianma’s first time winning this prestigious award.



Chino, CA, May 16, 2018 – The Tianma Group has developed a new “freeform” display module, designed to allow for greater flexibility and creativity in integrating digital display technology with established analog elements. Ideal for automotive applications such as in-dash instrument clusters, the 12.3-inch a-Si HD freeform slim module will be on display at Display Week 2018 at the Los Angeles Convention Center May 22-14.
