LTPS Wide Refresh Rate
Utilizing LTPS technology, Tianma has significantly reduced TFT leakage current through optimizations in storage capacitors, alignment materials, and driving methods resulting in notebook or tablet displays capable of 15Hz low-frequency VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) mode for reduced panel power consumption while still able to achieve 120Hz refresh when high image quality is needed. Tianma’s VRR technology supports LPDT 4.0 standard, with a measured flicker value of -62 to -65dB at 15Hz.
Oxide High Refresh Rate
Based on Oxide technology, with enhanced TFT device mobility, optimized panel loading, and GOA (gate-on-array) circuit design, a high refresh rate display of 300Hz has been achieved. Combined with fast-response liquid crystals and OD driving, a GTG response time of 3ms has been realized.
