Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., registered on April 7, 2006, in the East Area of Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, boasts a registered capital of RMB 1.03 billion and a total investment of RMB 3.29 billion. The company spans over 300,000 square meters and specializes in the design, research, manufacturing, and sales of TFT-LCD products. Our target market includes small-to-medium-sized displays (<10.4”) with diverse applications in mobile phones, consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial displays.

Chengdu Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., founded on September 11, 2008, has a registered capital of RMB 1.2 billion and a total investment of RMB 3 billion. The investment was made jointly by Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Chengdu Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Chengdu High-Tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. Located in the Chengdu West High-Tech Zone, the company spans approximately 300,000 square meters. Chengdu Tianma specializes in small-to-medium-sized displays (<10.4”), serving diverse applications in mobile phones, consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., founded on November 17, 2008, is located in China optical valley, East Lake Hi-tech Development Zone. As a high-tech professional enterprise, the facility specializes in the design, manufacturing, and sales of TFT-LCD products and CF. Jointly invested by Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Hu Bei Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd., the company has a registered capital of RMB 1.78 billion and a total investment of RMB 4 billion. Wuhan Tianma focuses on small-to-medium-sized displays (<10.4”) with a wide range of applications in mobile phones, consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial displays.

The Shanghai G5 fab, established on December 11, 2009, is located in the Xinzhuang Industrial Zone of Minhang District, Shanghai. With a registered capital of RMB 1.6 billion and a total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, the facility spans approximately 200,000 square meters. The company operates this TFT-LCD production line and is strategically positioned in the small-to-medium-sized display market. The products are primarily used in mobile devices, automotive, medical, and industrial control displays and modules.

Akita Tianma (Sub Company) is located in:

The facility covers 130,000 square meters, houses a Gen 2 and a Gen 3 TFT-LCD production line. Products mainly used in automotive, medical, industrial control display and module.

Tianma Xiamen, established on March 3, 2011, is located in the Xiang’an District of Xiamen. With a registered capital of RMB 8.8 billion and a total investment of RMB 19 billion, the facility spans approximately 580,000 square meters. It houses a Gen 5.5 LTPS TFT-LCD production line and a CF (Color Filter) production line, targeting the small-to-medium-sized display market. The  products are primarily utilized in high-end mobile devices as displays and modules. These displays cater to high-end smartphones, a wide range of tablets, and other premium devices.

Tianma’s Xiamen G6 AMOLED facility was established in Xiamen, represents a significant advancement in flexible display technology. Established with a total investment of RMB 48 billion, this state-of-the-art facility spans approximately 1.26 million square meters, with about 600,000 square meters dedicated to clean rooms. The facility features a Gen 6 flexible AMOLED production line, designed to produce 48,000 flexible display substrates per month and support a wide range of applications, including smart cities, smart homes, smart factories, smart medical treatment, and the Internet of Vehicles.

Tianma’s Xiamen G8.6 facility, located in the Xiang’an District of Xiamen, represents a major advancement in display technology and is the world’s only G8.X facility dedicated to small-to-medium-sized displays. With a total investment of RMB 33 billion, this cutting-edge facility is designed to produce 120,000 sheets per month using a-Si and other advanced technologies. The plant enables the production of high-quality, large-size panels that serve various markets, including automotive, IT, industrial, and consumer electronics.

Shanghai Tianma AM-OLED Co., Ltd., established in April 2013, was jointly invested by Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co. Ltd., Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co. Ltd., and Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co. Ltd. The AM-OLED facility spans an area of 120,000 square meters and is set to construct a G5.5 AM-OLED production line. Specializing in the design, research, manufacturing, and sales of OLED products, Shanghai Tianma AM-OLED targets the small-to-medium-sized display market, primarily serving communication and consumer display applications.

In June 2024, Tianma launched the new display module production line facility in Wuhu. With a total investment of RMB 8 billion, this cutting-edge facility is designed to enhance production capabilities and meet the growing demands of the global display market. The Wuhu module assembly line specializes in producing high-quality display modules for a wide range of applications, including automotive, industrial, and IT products. With a focus on sizes ranging from 6.5 to 40 inches, this new line ensures that Tianma can deliver versatile and reliable display solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
